Glavchev: The law has been respected in all appointments to the official cabinet

He is committed to checking reports of corrupt tenders

In all the changes that have been made, the law has been respected, acting Prime Minister Dimitar Glavchev said to a question from PP-DB in within the framework of the blitz control regarding appointments in the executive and local authorities, changes of regional governors, resignations in the regulators and terminated competitions.

The Prime Minister pointed out that already at its first meeting, the fourth official cabinet (headed by Galab Donev) replaced 25 of 28 regional governors, and one week after the inauguration of the “Yanev“ have all been replaced at this post.

"For facts that you inform me about corrupt contests – I am committed that whatever is within the framework of the executive power will be checked and, if these contests are flawed, they will be held anew," said the caretaker prime minister.

"I would accept to be responsible for everything, but there is no way for local government appointments. In the decisions I have taken, I have been guided by the Constitution and the laws of the country. I bear the responsibility", Glavchev also stated.
