The draft regulations for the organization and activities of the National Assembly will enter the plenary hall on Friday. This foresees the first point of the draft work program of the National Assembly for Friday, published on the website of the institution. Then the regular parliamentary control is scheduled, BNT reported.
The first item on the proposed agenda for tomorrow envisages that the MPs will listen to the Acting Minister of Culture, Nayden Todorov, regarding the work of the National Fund “Culture”, in its capacity as a monitoring structure under the National Recovery and Sustainability Plan.

The request for a hearing was submitted by the deputies of “We continue the change – Democratic Bulgaria“ - Elisaveta Belobradova, Nadezhda Yordanova and Alexander Simidchiev.
Acting Minister of Energy Vladimir Malinov is expected to be heard as the first point of the draft work program of the deputies on Thursday. The request was submitted by Kiril Petkov and MPs from PP-DB in connection with the securing and diversification of gas supplies, as well as the results of the actions taken to renegotiate the Agreement between “Bulgargaz” EAD and the Turkish energy company “Botash”, the measures taken to launch and operate the liquefied gas terminal in Alexandroupolis and the implementation of the decision of the 49th National Assembly on the acquisition by “Bulgarian Energy Holding” EAD for a 20% share in the consortium, holder of the contract for the search and exploration of oil and natural gas in the area “Block 1-21 Khan Asparuh”.
After that, at the request of Yavor Bozhankov from the PP-DB, the deputies are expected to listen to the Acting Minister of Internal Affairs Kalin Stoyanov regarding the case of the boy being beaten by a man wearing a “Delta Guard” in “Kite Bar” on Gradina beach in Sozopol on the night of July 1.
At the request of People's Representative from PP-DB Lena Borislavova, as point three of the draft program for Thursday, a hearing of the Acting Minister of Health Galya Kondeva-Mankova and the Acting Minister of Internal Affairs Kalin Stoyanov is scheduled for the distribution and use of paradise gas from persons under the age of 18, in public places.
Yesterday, in a large-scale operation, the police confiscated over 18,000 vials of the substance, also known as nitrous oxide. They were prepared for sale in establishments along the Southern Black Sea coast. Despite being banned, paradise gas can be easily bought and is sold in many nightclubs, despite warnings from doctors about the harmful effects of the substance.
Kalin Stoyanov will also answer to the deputies in the case of the boy beaten by a security guard at the "Gradina" campsite. The case happened a few days ago, and the boy has a broken jaw after being attacked by a security guard.
Only at the end of the week, the deputies plan to discuss and adopt the regulations for the work of the National Assembly. The MPs were never able to draft and adopt the bill for the work of the 50th Parliament.
As point four, the proposed agenda for this day is the hearing of the Acting Minister of Regional Development and Public Works, Violeta Koritarova, and the Chairman of the Management Board of the “Road Infrastructure” Yordan Valchev regarding the progress of the construction of the “Hemus“ and the start of the construction of the Black Sea Motorway. The request was submitted by the People's Representative from “Vazrazhdane” – Kosta Stoyanov.
The fifth point of the proposed agenda for this day envisages that Minister Koritarova will be heard, together with the Acting Minister of Environment and Water, Petar Dimitrov, regarding “Aleppo - Breeze Village” and the non-admission of the development of the natural area.
