„In the declaration proposed by the PP-DB, not a single word about the Euro Act. This document was to say which were the first most important laws to be passed by the 50th National Assembly. If they are in favor of the fact that we should enter the eurozone, where did they put the euro law”. This was asked by the former chairman of the budget committee in the parliament, Ljubomir Karimanski, in the program “The Live Day” on NOVA NEWS.
He believes that the declaration removed the Euro Act just to please another party, referring to “Revival”. Karimanski expressed doubt whether there is a real goal for our country to enter the Eurozone.
Regarding the financial situation in the country, he said that there is not enough culture for alternative investments, except in real estate or in deposits. We do not have a developed capital and financial market in general.
Regarding the possibility of Andrey Gyurov being released from his position as deputy governor of the BNB, he recalled the case when Gyurov attended a party event without having the right to be party colored. “Ever since then, the EC has been monitoring the case, and this is much more dangerous for the path to the Eurozone,” Karimanski added.
