A warning has been issued for today across the country by the highest, third degree - code red, for particularly dangerous hot weather, BNT reported.
Expectations are for highs in most areas of 39° up to 43°, in Sofia - about 38°. It will be sunny, with a weak, in the eastern regions and along the Black Sea - a moderate northeast wind.
And on the seashore it will be cloudless with maximum temperatures of 32° to 35°. The temperature of the sea water is 26 - 27°. The excitement of the sea will be weak.
Unusually warm in the mountains too. Maximum temperatures on the highest peaks will be from 17° to 24°. Good conditions for tourism - sunny, with a moderate wind from the east-northeast.
On both Wednesday and Thursday the weather will remain very hot, during the second day with afternoon showers in places in the northern and mountainous regions.
Extremely high will remain in most of the country and the fire risk, the areas in red on the map.
