Additional date: A total of 15 seventh-graders from eight regions of the country appear for external evaluation

A total of 15 seventh-graders from eight regions of the country have submitted applications to appear on the additional dates for national external assessment - today, July 18, is the Bulgarian language and literature exam and on Friday, July 19 - in mathematics. Students who were in quarantine or in hospital in Sofia-city (4), Sofia-region (1), Vratsa (1), Plovdiv (2), Haskovo (1), Yambol (2), Blagoevgrad (1) appear ) and Burgas (3). This was announced by the press center of the Ministry of Education, quoted by Dariknews.bg.

At the initiative of the Minister of Education and Science, Prof. Galin Tsokov, this year is the first in which an additional date is set for the national external assessments in the fourth, tenth and seventh grades for students who, for objective reasons, were unable to appear of the regular exams.

There were 13 applications submitted after the seventh grade in Bulgarian language and literature, and ten in mathematics. Some of the students will take both exams, and others will take only one.

The National External Assessments today and Friday will take place in the same order as those on the regular dates. It starts at 9:00 a.m. at the school where the student studies. The results will be announced on July 23, and the submission of applications for high schools on July 25 and 26. For these students, a separate ranking will be made according to the available places, which will be announced on August 12. If there are none, the students will be accepted above the state-plan admission in accordance with the score they achieved and the physical environment in the school.

Applications for appearing on an additional date were submitted by three fourth-graders who already passed the exams on June 24 (Bulgarian language and literature) and June 25 (mathematics). They were from Sofia region, Vratsa and Shumen. No applications were submitted for the national external assessment in the tenth grade, informs the Ministry of Education and Culture.
