Thus Lyubomir Kyuchukov, director of the Institute of Economics and International Relations, commented to Euronews Bulgaria the statement of the Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba that Kiev is ready for “good faith peace negotiations”.
According to Kyuchukov, this statement removed the negative connotation of the very concept of negotiations.
