Lyubomir Kyuchukov: Kyiv and Moscow are not ready for negotiations **** Director of the Institute of Economics and Inter

Director of the Institute of Economics and International Relations commented on the readiness expressed by Dmytro Kuleba

“No. They are not ready to negotiate. Both countries (Ukraine and Russia – ed.) do not have such readiness for now, because they proceed from diametrically opposite positions. But that does not mean that this statement was not important.”

Thus Lyubomir Kyuchukov, director of the Institute of Economics and International Relations, commented to Euronews Bulgaria the statement of the Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba that Kiev is ready for “good faith peace negotiations”.

According to Kyuchukov, this statement removed the negative connotation of the very concept of negotiations.
