This is what the chairman of the parliamentary group (PG) of “Vazrazhdane“ told the media in the parliament. Kostadin Kostadinov, who clarified that a while ago he spoke with the co-chairman of “We continue the change” Kiril Petkov. PP-DB, according to Kostadinov, collected the signatures of their parliamentary group without four deputies.
The entire political system in Bulgaria, which is “watered down by Peevski's people”, has been exhausted, so that we can remove one now, it is still a good start. Thus, Kostadinov answered, does it make sense to change the incumbent chairman of the anti-corruption body at the end of this National Assembly.
We voted against these appointments, it is unnecessary to look for arguments as to why we want to depose people we were against, Kostadinov emphasized. Our position does not change, we initially know that when a person is proposed for a position by a majority of GERB and Peevski, the choice is either with Peevski or against him, we are against Peevski, he concluded.
