The reason - according to the requirements of the Electoral Code, a party can participate in the elections only in one coalition. It came to this point after there was serious tension in front of the CEC on Monday. Both DPS factions claimed to submit their documents first.
Thus, the commission decided to quell the tension by recording the same time for both applications and did not assign them a consecutive number. From "DPS - A New Beginning" stated that they will not prove anything and will wait for the final decision of the CEC. And Ahmed Dogan's people said that they will not back down because DPS is one. Thus, the case may reach the court.
