The country was shaken by the tragic event in which two people died pilots, which drew attention to the responsibility of political leaders. Speculations have intensified in the public space about whether politicians will use the tragedy for personal or party purposes.
"What happened is a tragedy that certainly moved and shook our entire society. In such situations, there is always a temptation for politicians to use the situation allegedly for political solutions, but in such cases, there is only one solution that works well and that is humility. There is plenty of time to talk about both politics and solutions in this system. Let them remain silent at least in the first days.
This was stated by PR expert Boyana Bozadzhieva in the studio of "The Day ON AIR".
For his part, media expert Associate Professor Georgi Lozanov noted that using a tragedy for PR would not be a successful move for any politician who would try.
"All people realize what a political message means, a political interest and what the cost of human life means. The attempt to convert one into the other is always against the one who tried to do it", Assoc. Lozanov was categorical on the air of Bulgaria ON AIR.
He also drew attention to the investigation into the tragedy, which will show whether there are grounds for punishments or resignations. He urged politicians to refrain from jumping to conclusions until specific responsibilities are established.
According to Bozadzhieva, the politicians had enough time to make decisions, but their actions were late.
One of the main questions that arise after the tragedy is whether the country will have a stable government to carry out the necessary reforms. Bozadzhieva and Prof. Lozanov discussed the possibility of forming a stable government after the upcoming elections. According to Prof. Lozanov, the chances of such a government are small, due to the sharp contradictions between the parties and the lack of stable majorities.
