“Anyone who tries to speculate will be caught by the force of the law“. That is why GERB leader Boyko Borisov warned about prices in stores and their change in view of Bulgaria's entry into the eurozone.

The GERB leader recalled that there is already a new Commission for the Protection of Competition (CPC), which has enormous powers, BGNES reported.

The GERB leader commented on the words of President Rumen Radev, according to whom there is a risk of social stratification and suggested that there will be an increase in prices immediately after the convergence report for the Eurozone is released.

„President Radev is right about impoverishment, because from the contract he signed with his caretaker government, we are impoverished by one million and 50 thousand every day. The end result is that Bulgarians will be impoverished by 6 billion. leva“, Borisov said, referring to the contract with “Botas“.

Regarding the resignation of Dzhevdet Chakarov from DPS-DPS and the handshake with the leader of “DPS-New Beginning“ Delyan Peevski“, Boyko Borisov said “I generally don't watch Turkish TV series“.

“With one vote plus or minus nothing will be affected“, said the GERB leader, when asked whether the processes in the DPS will affect the majority.

“My experience shows that everyone should look after their own party and not interfere in the work of others“, added Borisov.

According to the GERB leader, meaningless proposals are being proposed in the National Assembly that cannot be implemented, while important topics such as US tariffs remain in the background.

“President Trump announced a 50% tariff on goods from Bulgaria, a member of the European Union. I am very interested to hear Kiril Petkov's comment on this topic. This means that the production of Bulgarian factories exporting their products to the United States will become 50% more expensive. This will lead to layoffs and literally the closure of factories,“ Borisov said.

“The reaction of our government should be very sharp, but you are not asking me that. You are asking me what Dzhevdet will do now“, Borisov addressed journalists in parliament.

“I do not care what Dzhevdet will do now“, the former prime minister said angrily and stated that the tariffs imposed by the United States should be the first topic for the EU as well.

Regarding the scandalous order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for icons, Borisov said: “Nothing can overcome human stupidity. Of the whole thing, I can only speak out against the icons“.
