According to the vice president, each new case raises new questions that the authorities must answer. “Who is above this business with people's lives, who is financing this undertaking, who are the owners of these so-called homes? Whose signatures are under the documents? How are so many expensive medicines that are issued with special permits stored“, asks Yotova.
“As a society, we must not allow these cases to be quickly forgotten. "Both changes to the Criminal Code regarding such acts are necessary, as well as very strict control by the state," the vice president pointed out.
