The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) board of directors approved a resolution on Monday that obliges Iran to immediately provide information on the status of its enriched uranium stockpiles, as well as on nuclear sites hit in June by the United States. This was reported by diplomats present at the closed-door meeting, Reuters reported, quoted by BTA.

The document fundamentally renews and expands the IAEA's mandate to monitor and report on key aspects of Iran's nuclear program. However, the resolution also emphasizes that Tehran must provide the requested answers and access to the relevant facilities as soon as possible - five months after the air strikes carried out by Israel and the United States.
