Nissan presented the latest version of its popular Qashqai crossover. The updated model features a new design, advanced technologies and a new level of equipment. One of the most noticeable changes is the updated exterior, featuring ragged design elements and sharp lines around the grille and an all-new light signature borrowed from the electric Ariya. We notice the same changes in the rear, although the innovations there are not so aggressively expressed. Nissan offers a new N-Design trim level that includes body-colored underbody parts under the doors and wheel arches, as well as all-new 20-inch wheels.
On the inside, the Qashqai's interior gets a refreshed design with new materials for the various trim levels and the ability to Google Services. This provides access to Google Maps and allows owners to access their favorite locations after entering their account.
Under the hood, the Qashqai retains the powertrains from its predecessor, including two variants of the 1.3-litre petrol engine - one with 140bhp and the other offering 158bhp, with the option of combining it with an automatic transmission Xtronic or all-wheel drive configurations. In addition, the E-Power model features a 190 hp system that combines an electric drive with a gasoline engine acting as a generator, with power sent to the front wheels via a continuously variable transmission.
