At the IAA Transportation 2024 in Hanover, Renault presented a concept electric van for urban deliveries. The car is named Estafette after the popular delivery model that revolutionized the light van class 65 years ago.
The new Estafette also surprises. The car has the handling of the Clio model, the overall length of the Kangoo van L2 and the load capacity of the Trafic L1H2. The car was developed jointly with Flexis, a company created by Renault, Volvo Group and CMA CMG Group.
At its heart is the FlexEVan platform with SDV (Software-Defined Vehicles) architecture, which increases economy, productivity and the possibility of online software updates. The developers promise a 30% reduction in operating costs. Check it out.
