Donald Trump, even before becoming US president, said after the elections that his predecessor Joe Biden had made a colossal mistake, if not a crime, when he began to use the dollar to „punish“ individual countries“, Lavrov pointed out.
„Payment platforms such as BRICS are currently being discussed. This process can no longer be stopped,“ the minister added.
