We can assume that every vote of no confidence is a list of questions, it is good for the government to be able to provide answers. This was commented by media expert Assoc. Political PR Nidal Algaffari stated: "Rumen Petkov as mayor of Pleven was wiretapped, the mayor of Ruse too, precisely by a person who is now talking about a conquered country."
About the beating in Ruse, he believes: “Mitov probably wanted to protect one of his employees, which is incorrect. This is the job of the spokesman, not the minister. His prime minister is Boyko Borisov, he has no other prime minister. The spotlight is on him – the ATV incident, the Ruse incident, the war on the roads. Mitov should not have tried to protect the image of the Ministry of Interior.”
Lozanov commented on the incident with the police chief in Ruse: “When contradictory facts are presented, it is clear that there is an attempt to create a public version that is different from the real events. The Minister of Interior was also brought in so that a public version could be given with a sufficiently authoritative voice in order to hide something.”
”And in the reasons for the vote of no confidence, the question of Delyan Peevski's role is raised again. What power does Peevski have and how legitimate is it? He occasionally gives signs that he has great power”, added Assoc. Prof. Lozanov.
”PP-DB confirmed Peevski in power”, emphasized Algafari.
Algafari drew attention: “If the vote of no confidence succeeds and new parliamentary elections are held, whatever the results, will it be possible to form a government without GERB? It is not possible, then why is this a waste? The more logical thing is to work for presidential elections.”
