Another case where victim waited 8 months to prove he was not guilty. During this time, due to the revocation of his license, Alexander Pavlov had to quit his job as a food delivery man because he could not drive.
Here's what he told Nova TV:
„I was stopped on February 17 at around 11 p.m. by a patrol car. Later, another one came. They tested me for alcohol – the sample was negative. Then they tested me with „Drug 5000” and it turned out that I had used amphetamine. Then the ordeal began”, says the victim.
According to him, the police officers did not introduce themselves and did not say whether they were conducting a routine check or testing him on a signal. They made him soak the swab from the test in his mouth for over 35 minutes.
“I did not see if my sample was being put into the cassette, because right then one of the police officers turned me around. It is surprising to me why the machine was at the police officer's feet, and not behind under the camera, as is required by law”, pointed out Alexander Pavlov.
