Dimitar Nedkov on Bulgaria: We are entering a new Middle Ages - 1

We need to start looking at things more globally - this is the opinion of the writer Dimitar Nedkov, commenting on the political reality in our country and in Europe.

"No matter what we say about our Bulgarian destiny, at the moment there are quite a few gloomy clouds hanging over the Bulgarian destiny, we are entering some very strange new Middle Ages. A completely subsidized country, which has almost lost all sovereignty, all authority", he said.

On the topic of American sanctions on "Lukoil", the writer commented to Bulgaria ON AIR: "While the "Magnitsky" sanctions concerned specific persons, specific individuals, now this type of sanctions concerns nations, countries. The most terrible thing that some politicians can create is to wage war against the people. They are not fighting against politicians, against governments."

Nedkov addressed the parents who are currently raising and educating their children in our country: "If they manage to take the children out of the malls, out of the entertainment centers and bring them back to the children's rooms and start reading to them in the evening, this will help them immensely. There are two books for this age - the Bible for children - how the world was created, and if we accept "The Little Prince" as a reader, a primer, as a bible for young growing children, giving the answer to the question why the world is the way it is - then there would be hope".

"Then the generation will be raised that will not ask questions, but will eliminate and erase this disgrace called the Bulgarian pseudo-elite", Nedkov is convinced.
