Today, the Supervisory Boards of the National Social Insurance Fund and the National Health Insurance Fund will review the budget plans of the two institutions for next year, Nova TV reports. These will be the first budgets in euros in our history.
The social security budget includes an amount of 605 euros for the minimum wage. Minimum insurance threshold - the same as the minimum wage - 605 euros.
People with higher incomes should prepare for changes. If the project is approved, they will now be insured for 2,352 euros or nearly 4,600 leva - that is, the threshold is raised by over 450 leva compared to now.
The NHIF budget has not yet been publicly announced, but it is unofficially known that there will be no increase in health insurance premiums.
