An 11-year-old girl was hit by a tram on "Graf Ignatiev" Street in Sofia today. The incident occurred on "Slaveykov" Square.
This was reported to BTA by the Sofia Directorate of Internal Affairs.
The directorate added that the girl was on a bicycle. According to initial information, the child is fine, she was examined at a place where there are still police teams.
The Emergency Medical Care Center in Sofia told BTA that the signal was received at 1:35 p.m., and at 1:40 p.m. the ambulance was on site.
The medical team has determined that the injured girl, about 10 years old, has already been transported to a medical facility. The team provided assistance to the victim on site – a 51-year-old woman who was offered hospitalization, but she refused.
