The appointed special commercial manager of “Lukoil Neftochim Burgas“ Rumen Spetsov dismisses Evgeni Manyakhin as Chairman of the Board of Directors of “Lukoil Neftochim Burgas“ and revokes his authority to represent the company, BTA reports.
Manyakhin retains only his place as a member of the Board of Directors of “Lukoil Neftochim Burgas“. The changes have not yet been entered in the Commercial Register, and the application for registration of circumstances regarding the company is currently being processed.
As for the other three companies, part of the Russian group “Lukoil“ in Bulgaria – “Lukoil Aviation Bulgaria“, “Lukoil-Bulgaria Bunker“ and “Lukoil-Bulgaria“, no actions have yet been taken similar to those already mentioned regarding “Lukoil Neftochim Burgas“.
With the circumstances entered on November 17 as managers in “Lukoil Aviation Bulgaria“, the Russian citizen Mikhail Sizov and the special sales representative Rumen Spetsov were entered.
The two are also managers of “Lukoil-Bulgaria Bunker“. Rumen Spetsov and Alexander Velichkov are listed as managers of “Lukoil-Bulgaria“.
The candidacy for special trade representative of the former executive director of the National Revenue Agency Rumen Spetsov was proposed and approved at an extraordinary meeting of the Security Council under the Council of Ministers on Friday. Prime Minister Rosen Zhelyazkov moved to the procedure for selecting the trade representative immediately after the latest changes to the Law on the Administrative Regulation of Economic Activities Related to Oil and Oil Products were promulgated in the State Gazette at the end of last week.
