Yesterday we saw the Triangle of Power full of people who are absolutely dissatisfied with the policy of this government. From this budget, which wants to reach into their pockets to fill the coffers of the government. They are also absolutely outraged by what is happening to Blagomir Kotsev and Nikola Barbutov and the complete lack of justice. We have announced the next protest for Tuesday. This was stated to journalists in parliament by the chairman of "Continuing Change" Assen Vassilev.
"You see that the deadlines for submitting proposals were reduced unprecedentedly. The normal deadline is 7 days, they reduced it to 4 so that the proposals can go through by Monday, and there will be committees on Tuesday. We want to block there. If anything can change for the better in this budget, it is during the second reading in committee. If they move the day of the second reading, of course, we will also move the protest," he added.
Vassilev turned to several journalists, explaining that 600 leva will be taken from each of them. According to him, there is a "rush to rob the Bulgarian people in the most outrageous way."
“It doesn't matter whether this budget is in euros, leva, rubles or Turkish lira. If you are going to steal from the budget, we will be against it, regardless of what currency it is in.”.
“Anyone who doesn't want their pockets picked, should sign the petition and come to the protest,” he concluded his speech.
