Iva Miteva: I see vote tampering. There are no scanning devices anywhere in Europe, except for Russia - 1

„I see vote tampering, powerlessness and manipulation. When you introduce new technology, you have to do at least one comparative study. There are no scanning devices anywhere in Europe, except for Russia“, Iva Miteva, a doctor of constitutional law, said on bTV.

„The frequent, thoughtless, unbalanced amendments to the electoral legislation prove only one thing - chaos, instability, confusion and lack of strategic thought of the ruling class, defending the status quo. This is exactly what we are observing at the moment," says Miteva.
According to her, the behavior of the ITN and the BSP is no different from that of the assembly that changed the Constitution, and the political forces that changed the election law before 2020.

Iva Miteva gave the example of the battle between Al Gore and Bush, where voting was done with scanning devices and there were over 29,000 invalid ballots that were stamped incorrectly.

„So introducing scanning devices when an active election period has almost begun is terrible", believes Iva Miteva.
She believes that the goal is clearly "to hit" the Turkish vote.

Regarding Rumen Radev, Miteva believes that it is his privilege and responsibility to choose the parties and people he wants to work with.

When asked if she would be part of Radev's political project, she said that she could not answer this question and had not spoken to him.
According to Iva Miteva, however, Rumen Radev will not form a party because he does not have time. She suggested that he would form a coalition that would include at least two parties.

“I think that at least three should join, because at the last moment one could be refused. It is important how he will choose those parties that he trusts, and that they trust him and do not break“, believes Iva Miteva.

Donald Trump's Peace Council - the so-called "private UN"

"It was right, after holding such quick midnight meetings, to gather the Council of Ministers and ask for the opinion of the National Assembly. Unfortunately, this did not happen. From now on, every Bulgarian voter must draw their own conclusion", explained Miteva.
"We are not seeing this for the first time. During the rule of this government, we saw that very important topics were taken up by signature, at meetings in absentia. The budget was withdrawn at a meeting in absentia", recalled Iva Miteva, for whom this behavior is not a surprise.
