The Constitutional Court had expert opinions in about 2,000 sections and came to the conclusion that we have serious violations in the election process.
This was commented by Assoc. Prof. Vasil Pandov from PP-DB in the program "Denyat ON AIR" and added that he does not trust the team that conducted the previous elections.
He informed that PP-DB is not yet drawing up lists, but will maintain the coalition, in which, according to him, there is no problem.
"Whatever rumors there are - this is tension, rather non-existent", Pandov explained to Bulgaria ON AIR.
The withdrawal of Kiril Petkov and Lena Borislavova
The PP-DB MP also reminded of the withdrawal of co-chair Kiril Petkov from politics, emphasizing that over time Petkov has proven that he does what he says.
"Lena Borislavova had personal motives. "It's entirely her decision," he said, adding that her withdrawal was not made under pressure.
Relations with a possible presidential formation
When asked if collaboration with the "future presidential party" was possible, Pandov replied that the PP-DB did not know what Radev's priorities would be.
According to the guest, Radev is positioning himself in a "quite populist way".
"The lack of institutions is arbitrariness," Pandov said regarding the closure of the Anti-Corruption Commission.
According to him, scanning devices would mean entirely paper voting.
