Deputy Ombudsman Maria Filipova is ready to take on the post of acting prime minister. This became clear after consultations with President Iliana Yotova, Nova TV reports.
"The decision is up to the president. I answered: „Yes”. I will accept if she decides that I should be the acting prime minister of Bulgaria,” Filipova said.
She told journalists that she has been a civil servant for 15 years and works for the well-being of the people.
„Yes” the president also heard from the third deputy governor of the Bulgarian National Bank Andrey Gyurov.
