"The topic of betrayal in politics is a topic that every political leader must keep in mind and have a strong back for all the knives that will be stuck in him", commented the deputy chairman of the Bulgarian Socialist Party (BSP) in resignation Kaloyan Pargov on the show "Denyat ON AIR".
According to him, the potential is quietly leaking from the Bulgarian Socialist Party to Rumen Radev, but whether he will accept them is "a separate topic".
"Bulgaria needs the Bulgarian Socialist Party. BSP has experience in modernizing the state," Pargov told Bulgaria ON AIR.
Does Radev have a connection with BSP?
According to him, Radev identifies with BSP and with the topic of inequalities.
"Regional inequalities are much greater. The budgets themselves are distributed unequally, they contribute to demography and everything else. He said he would not raise taxes. But how do you fight inequalities with unfair distribution?" , asked the resigned BSP deputy chairman.
He also stated that if BSP does not enter the next National Assembly, it can only be angry with itself.
Pargov also emphasized BSP's sympathies for President Iliana Yotova and noted that she would have a certain advantage in the next presidential elections over the other candidates.
