I am aware of your expectations.
The meetings, messages, calls, and clasped hands give me strength and will to continue.
The civic movement will be called "Shine". Experts and young people who are willing to work for free for real change will participate in it.
Some of the main goals and tasks before us will be:
1. Large-scale judicial reform, based not on the principle of "stand up and sit down", but on real change of the system and ensuring a fast and effective trial in civil and criminal justice.
– Total reform of the Supreme Judicial Council and termination of political quotas and interference.
– Putting an end to expired mandates.
– Creation of a law and institute for experts, which would also allow international experts from all fields.
– End of manipulations through expert opinions and commissioned conclusions.
– Real sentences for serious crimes.
– Protection of victims, not perpetrators.
– A state that stands behind its citizens, not against them.
2. Full-scale health reform.
– Stopping false hospitalizations.
– Emergency care reform.
– Building children's hospitals in all regional cities.
– Strict control over the NHIF and stopping the outflow of billions.
– Children should be treated in modern hospitals in Bulgaria, and not be forced to seek salvation abroad.
3. Reform in the "Roads" sector.
– Setting real European standards for road construction and repairs.
– Creating an independent control body for inspection, audit and acceptance of the road network.
– Personal liability for designers, contractors and civil servants in case of poor-quality construction.
– Full public control over contracts, annexes and costs.
4. Zero tolerance for corruption.
– Transparency in all public procurement. Minimization of the human factor and digitalization of processes.
– Real responsibility, not imitation of control.
– Law on the Responsibility of Civil Servants.
– Law on Lobbying.
5. Economic justice and protection of citizens and businesses.
– We will insist on transferring the tax burden from business and citizens to the banking sector, which reports excess profits on the backs of business and citizens.
– We will be firmly against the increase in taxes for citizens and businesses.
"Shine“ will be a movement of responsibility, courage and clearly set goals. The cup has overflowed and we will no longer pray to anyone. We will make it so that we change, and not wait for change that never comes. Not for power. But for life. For justice.
