The Cabinet decides on Easter bonuses and fuel measures

The caretaker government is expected to make a decision today to pay Easter allowances to over one million and six hundred thousand pensioners.

Those with a pension or a sum of pensions up to 390.63 euros, which is the poverty line for this year, will receive 50 euros.

For adults with a pension from the poverty threshold to the minimum wage of 620.20 euros, the Easter allowance will be 20 euros.

The necessary 57 million and 800 thousand euros will be transferred as a transfer from the State Budget to the State Social Security budget.

In addition, the caretaker government will make changes to the composition of the Supervisory Board of the National Social Security institute.

Prime Minister Gyurov has already announced that measures for the rising fuel prices in our country will be discussed today with the ministers and within the framework of the interdepartmental working group that he heads.

The Ministry of Finance announced that some of the measures will be related to price compensation mechanisms, limiting fuel exports, diversification of supplies and the search for lower prices. The identified measures will be announced by the end of the week.
