People have recognized in the caretaker government a different style of governance, in which decisions are not imposed, but are built together. This was stated by the caretaker Prime Minister Andrey Gyurov at a meeting with representatives of sports federations. He pointed out that nearly eight weeks ago he took on an overwhelming task at first glance - ensuring fair elections, so that people feel that their vote matters.
"We, as a typical team, believed that we could do something. We got together, rolled up our sleeves, a little like militiamen, a little naively and perhaps a little romantically. Now, eight weeks later, we are on the threshold of the next elections. Many people would say that in fact nothing has changed. "Maybe so, maybe not. We think people have recognized a different style of governance - open, dialogic, in which decisions are built together, not imposed. In which we talk to the people. The elections will come on Sunday and the people will decide how to proceed from here," said Gyurov.
