"Alpha Research": 6 parties enter parliament - 1

o High voter turnout is expected in these elections. It is going up and reaches about 60%, or about 3.3 million people.

This is according to a survey by „Alpha Research“, conducted in the period April 13-15, 2026. It is published on the agency's website and was implemented with its own funds. The survey was conducted among 1,000 adult citizens from across the country.

„The final survey by „Alpha Research“ shows a relatively clear picture of what is happening in the country without dramatic turns compared to the survey at the beginning of the election campaign“, said in „This Morning“ sociologist Boryana Dimitrova.

According to the study, six parties will enter the 52nd parliament. The first political force is “Progressive Bulgaria“ with 34.2%. Second are GERB-SDF with 19.5%, third – PP-DB with 11.6%, fourth – – – DPS-New Beginning“ with 9.4%, fifth is – – Vazrazhdane“ with 5.8%.

According to data from “Alpha Research“ – BSP – United Left“ jump the barrier and receive 4%.

According to Boryana Dimitrova, the gap between “Progressive Bulgaria“ and GERB-SDF is dissolving and the difference between them is now almost 15%.

Below the 4-percent barrier for entering parliament remain “Siyanie“ with 3.2%, “Velicie“ with 2.9%, MECH with 2.8%, “Ima takvi narod“ with 1.7%, APS with 1.3%, “Blue Bulgaria“ with 1%.

“Siyanie“ is an interesting phenomenon. The party became visible and distinguishable during the campaign. It also notes growth and civic activity – people who are not politicized choose to support it. We will see what will happen in the last few days“, commented Dimitrova.

“If I can summarize the results, at the moment the big intrigue is not about the first place, but about the number of parties that will be in the next parliament, because the distribution of mandates and the possibilities for majorities will depend on this. This intrigue remains open“, explained the sociologist.

The survey was conducted by “Alpha Research“ in the period 13-15 April 2026. It is published on the agency's website and is implemented with its own funds. The survey was conducted among 1,000 adult citizens from across the country. A stratified two-stage sample with a quota based on the main socio-demographic characteristics was used. The information was collected through a direct standardized interview with tablets at the homes of the respondents.
