A 71-year-old man from Sofia drowned on "Nestinarka" beach, the police announced.
Yesterday, shortly after 12:00, the Tsarevo Police Station received a message that a body had been pulled from the sea on the aforementioned strip in the seaside town.
The man's identity was subsequently established.
His body was taken for an autopsy to the "Forensic Medicine" department at the University Hospital - Burgas.
Pre-trial proceedings have been initiated in the case.
