Of the four parliamentaryly represented formations, only from “Revival” have given a preliminary request that they will propose a cabinet, although they themselves comment that they do not expect it to be supported. The DPS, BSP and ITN are adamant that they would return the mandate.
According to the constitution, there are different rules for awarding the third mandate. The head of state has 7 days to deliver the third term after the second has already been returned. The third folder is given to the chairman of a parliamentary group, not to a candidate for prime minister.
