"The public attacks on me by certain circles of people in the media and internet space do not stop! Insinuations of untruths and outright lies are used! Therefore, I am obliged to state categorically: I do not know, I have not met and talked in person or through other persons, on the phone, including through mobile applications, with Martin Bojanov – The notary!". This is what the resigned interior minister Kalin Stoyanov wrote on his Facebook page.
"During the time when I was the head of the GDBOP, we collected all the materials in the case against this person, which were submitted to the prosecutor's office and on the basis of which pre-trial proceedings were initiated!
For the falsehoods and lies spread about me, I filed a civil lawsuit in court against a site and persons identifying themselves as “investigators” journalists. Regarding the nonsense and untruths that have been spoken about me in recent days, including by political leaders, former and current ministers on national television, I also intend to seek my rights in court!", wrote more Stoyanov and added that:
"I will not allow my name to be tarnished by politicians for their campaign needs!".

Last but not least – my family owns an apartment, bought with a mortgage loan, on which a large number of Bulgarian families rely. The apartment was found with a real estate brokerage firm that had been showing us various homes for several months and was purchased at market value! I have in no way taken advantage of my position in the purchase of this apartment!
Something more – I don't have a personal gardener!
I will not allow my name to be tarnished by politicians for their campaign needs!
