In relation to prosecutor Yordan Petrov, who opened a case against him, prosecutor Sulev said that they worked for almost two years in the same room. Prosecutor Sulev added that his only contacts with Ivan Geshev were when he questioned him as a witness.

Sulev is accused because of this for the period from May 30 of this year. until June 1 in Sofia, under the conditions of a continuing crime, in his capacity as an official, violated and did not fulfill his official duties in order to procure a benefit for I.G. by not allowing information against him to be published in the media space, as well as with the aim of causing harm to another, namely to P.P. and K.H.

The judge to whom the case was assigned recused himself from considering it, as he had a collegial relationship with the defendant and they have a personal acquaintance, a new judge has been appointed, and the case is expected to start at the end of April. In the meantime, the Prosecution College of the SJC rejected the request of i.f. Borislav Sarafov for initiating disciplinary proceedings against Sulev.

At today's meeting of the temporary commission, judge Galya Georgieva was also heard, who recently gave explanations to the Prosecutor's College of the SJC. She stated that she had not heard of Martin Bojanov and did not know where the private SS club was. Georgieva added that she was never guided by external interference or suggestions.
