It turns out that internal security slept through all of this, which today is a huge scandal in the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and is otherwise the subject of criminal proceedings. The system is down. The system is paralyzed. "Permanent politicization is observed in the services", former interior minister Mikhail Mikov said in the studio of "The Day ON AIR".
