The lawyer of the former head of the “Customs” Petya Bankova - Ludmil Rangelov, stated in the Nova TV studio that, in his opinion, Zhivko Kotsev was not the subject of threats.
"The threat is from the circumstances, he realized that. That is why he sought out Sarafov, probably through his advice to find the best position for himself. This meeting is not something illegal, harmful and dangerous", explained Rangelov.
And he explained that if he was his lawyer right now, he would warn him that there was something to worry about.
„Stefan Dimitrov, who is currently detained, could, looking for a better position for himself, share information that would discredit Zhivko Kotsev,”, Rangelov believes. According to him, Petya Bankova and Kotsev have no relationship with each other.
According to him, the whole story is being used for political purposes.
