"The Cabinet is managed remotely, it is a government of GERB and DPS. In one week we see a third foreign minister. One was refused at the last minute, another took 5 working days, now we see a third. After the changes in the Constitution, the official cabinet tool is used by the parties with a majority in the National Assembly to influence the events in the state during the election process and on itself".
This was commented by the former Minister of Defense Krasimir Karakachanov in "Day ON AIR".
And he noted that "apparently the foreign minister did not start his speeches with "Glory to Ukraine", that is why they considered him politically unreliable.
According to him, Glavchev should not be "turned on a spit", and GERB and DPS should explain the changes in the cabinet.
"The system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs has been breached. The process has been going on for 20-25 years. Everything is selected on the basis of "my man". People do not trust this institution. A chief secretary of the Ministry of Internal Affairs goes on beaches and vacations with people who are accused of smuggling and receives watches as gifts... He goes to the birthday party of such a person's puppy and acts like a jerk. For PP and DB, service reform means "putting our people in the system", Karakachanov said for Bulgaria ON AIR.
In his words, the parliament is currently a dummy.
"Whatever hearings are held, they are for the public, not to solve the problems. People see that puppets are selected and appointed in this institution. They do not defend the interests of the people, they fulfill the will of those who paid them to enter the parliament. The problem is the disintegration of statehood in Bulgaria, and in the last 3 years. The interests of Bulgaria are placed as a pledge for foreign interests", the former Minister of Defense also said.
"Until the war in Ukraine ends, Bulgaria will be governed by the embassies. Our national security is threatened, the risk to the existence of Bulgaria is great. Bulgaria needs a government that can say: "This is not a Bulgarian war and Bulgaria is not prepared to be pushed into such a war". Or a peaceful solution will be sought, the other option is total conflict. There are politicians whose main interest is to save themselves," Karakachanov stressed.
