With a cold front moving across the country, temperatures will drop again today: lows in most areas will be between 7° and 12°, BNT reported.
The maximum will be within wide limits - from about 10° in the western regions up to 20°-22° in the east, in Sofia – about 11°. It will blow weak, during the day – moderate northwesterly wind.
Clouds will be significant, with showers and thunderstorms common in the afternoon. Significant amounts are expected mainly in mountainous areas. There are also conditions for hail.
It will also be cloudy on the sea coast, after noon with showers and thunderstorms. A light and moderate northwesterly wind will blow. The maximum temperatures will be from 16° along the northern coast to 21° along the south. The excitement of the sea will be 2-3 bales.
It will also be cloudy and rainy in the mountains. There will be thunderstorms in the Rhodope region.
Above 2000 m the rain will change to snow. It will blow a moderate north-westerly, in the highest parts – southwest wind.
