"The provisions and the manner in which the Law amending and supplementing the Law on Gambling was adopted and those who put an overprice of bread as a ceiling were adopted not according to the rules of the Constitution and the rules of the National Assembly, but as expected the president delayed as long as possible, until the earliest possible deadline - tomorrow /b.r. today/ the law should have been promulgated or vetoed so that those who are affected by the laws can adjust their behavior".
This is what the constitutionalist Assoc. Nataliya Kiselova said in the studio of "The Day ON AIR".
She indicated that there would not be a long period in which the new changes would be implemented after publication in the state gazette, and the deadline would be three days.
"Branch organizations rightly jumped at the way the law was passed - within days. We have witnessed other, much more important laws, which have been delayed for quite some time and some did not find a place in the work of the National Assembly", said Prof. Kiselova for Bulgaria ON AIR.
According to her, it is entirely possible that these activities are part of the pre-election campaign of the politicians, and she does not rule out the possibility that after a few months the changes in the Gambling Act and the ceiling on the bread surcharge will be dropped.
