This recalled in "The day begins" according to BNT, the chairman of the Association of Accident Victims Vladimir Todorov.
He pointed out that in the case of the serious accident in Plovdiv there are 3 recurring problems - the first is the high speed.
"In normal countries, speed is controlled by cameras and technical means. How many stationary cameras are there in the city of Plovdiv that control the speed - 0. There are 4 mobile cameras of the "Traffic Police" - it is the second largest city in Bulgaria. The second problem - this driver is 3 years old, with 15-17 violations, the question of the training of young drivers arises. The third is whether there should be a special status for the first 2 years for young drivers with higher penalties - a ban on driving powerful cars. The fourth problem is upbringing - giving your child a powerful jeep is not a good approach and an expression of filial love. This is like giving a loaded gun to a small child," summarized Vladimir Todorov.
"When we have a society that fully respects the rules, the aggressive and those who do not follow the rules should be sanctioned by the state,' added Rosen Rapchev, a state expert at the State Agency for Road Traffic Safety.
He is adamant that no instructor teaches drivers to drive 200 kilometers in a populated area.
