The perception of the level of corruption in Bulgaria remains very high, commented Jeff Gottlieb, regional representative of the International Monetary Fund for Central, Eastern and Southeastern Europe, BNR reported.

According to Gottlieb, there is a very high percentage of young people of working age in Bulgaria who neither study nor work, and this is a huge problem for the labor market.

More investment and better management of resources are needed, including a serious improvement in digital skills. From an institutional point of view, it is important to reduce the level of corruption:
