Rumen Hristov: We will bear the responsibility of having a government. We would discuss an option with a minority government - 1

"Whoever presumes to form a government will bear very heavy responsibilities. We will bear the responsibility of having such a government. We would discuss an option with a minority government. Governing the country is a very serious matter. If there is the formation of a majority, we must have a management program," stated the candidate for deputy from GERB-SDS Rumen Hristov in the program "The Day ON AIR".
In his words, the role of the opposition is very important, but it is easier.

"It is easier to criticize than to carry out the tasks at hand. We have made very heavy compromises and suffered damage. We were looking for stability for Bulgaria and the Bulgarian government," added Hristov.
He told Bulgaria ON AIR that GERB-SDS always believed that the cabinets should be made up of prominent political figures who should bear responsibility.

"People who come from somewhere, are not responsible to anyone and leave in a moment. Someone who is involved in politics can be an expert, but not every expert can be a politician," he is emphatic.
Hristov explained that GERB-SDS do not intend to "split" PP-DB. The MP candidate stressed that the Eurozone is very important and everything possible should be done to overcome the inflation problem. According to him, the achievement of both the Eurozone and Schengen requires a stable government.

"Ministers will be lined up by those who secure a majority. Euro-Atlanticism is an important thing. It is like democracy - it is not a given", he commented.
When asked if we are close to war, Hristov replied that GERB-SDS clearly stated that a Bulgarian soldier will not participate in the war in Ukraine, but aid to the country will continue.
