The Plovdiv District Prosecutor's Office filed the indictment against Rangel Bizyurev for the murder of Dimitar Malinov, the state prosecution announced, quoted from BTA. He was brought to court for intentionally killing the 24-year-old young man on July 20 last year in the village of Tsalapitsa, municipality of "Rhodopi", and the murder was carried out with particular cruelty.
The investigation of the pre-trial proceedings was completed within the statutory period, and all the necessary actions were carried out and evidence was collected to reveal the objective truth. Bizyurev was remanded in custody. The Plovdiv District Court is about to schedule a hearing on the indictment filed.
Bizyurev was declared wanted in July 2023 with a European Arrest Warrant issued by the District Prosecutor's Office-Plovdiv. On November 29 last year, he was located and detained in a town in Denmark. On March 20 of this year, he was handed over to the judicial authorities in Bulgaria following a decision by two courts in Denmark.
On May 16, Rangel Bizyurev testified in the District Court - Plovdiv in the case against the twins, accused of personal concealment and assistance to Bizyurev. Then he pointed out that Valentin and Borislav Dinkovi did not strike Dimitar Malinov. In front of the magistrates, he indicated that he had fought with the boy because he had spoken insulting and insulting words to him.
