According to Manuela Maleeva, the union between PP and DB should continue, but "it can no longer be like this":
"The assembly with GERB-SDS had to happen, because otherwise we were going to elections. But what happened with the assembly is that, unfortunately, we stopped talking about corruption, which was our main theme. I think we let people down with that. Some good things happened. The changes in the Constitution, we will see if this is good.
There is tension in the PP-DB coalition, Manuela Maleeva pointed out and added that greater trust should be built between the partners and each of the leaders should swallow their egos:
"There is a lack of any long-term action plan for the next 10-15 years.".
"It will be quite scary if a government of GERB and DPS is formed. We have already experienced this," she added.
