A car smashed a brand new scooter at an intersection in Sofia, Nova TV reported. The driver of the car passed through the scooter and continued on his way. The victim called the traffic police, but a traffic accident report was not drawn up.
„The story began two straights before the intersection. I saw a black SUV pull up behind me. I was driving at a slower speed because I was still driving down a neighborhood street. There were also cars parked on both sides and there was nowhere for me to pull over to miss him. However, this clearly did not please the driver of the car. He started revving the engine behind me and driving closely behind me. I got to the intersection so I could skip it and look around, because we're on the straight ahead after all”. This is what the victim Ivanov told.
According to him, the driver of the car ran over the scooter, after which he started insulting. The driver then fled.
„I called 112 and called the police. Shortly before the patrol arrived, however, the driver returned. I waited at the location with a couple of people from a nearby cafe who gave me security camera footage. The police team wasn't really from executioners. they were sent so that there would be no self-destruction. When they came from the traffic police, they said there was no accident because my scooter was not registered and I must have been injured and an ambulance was called to issue me a report, he stated.
