Once again you see what the parliament deals with and therefore it is difficult to listen even to both of them. I am saddened because we are dealing with such henpecked insults. This was stated by the GERB leader Boyko Borisov to journalists.

„Do you know how sad I am. The European Commission issued a report on how the Bulgarian people wasted their time and billions, many billions under the Recovery Plan, from European funds, unfortunately, are not used by the Bulgarians. And it was only after May that the government started working on them”, pointed out Borisov.

When asked which option he liked better – Rosen Zhelyazkov to be regular prime minister or Raya Nazaryan caretaker prime minister, he answered: “There is no such option to date.“

The leader of GERB pointed out that there is also a meeting at the highest level in NATO.

„Instead of listening to Bulgaria's position, arguing about it, sending the president – because at least in our time, whoever was the president, when I was the prime minister, I went to the European councils, and the supreme commander went to the NATO meetings, he added.

According to his words, we should already have the position of Bulgaria, of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which whoever goes to the USA, should defend it.

„Because we were doing our work at the time, the Foreign Ministry prepared the positions, President Radev then, when he went, or Plevneliev, went with a government decision. "We are now listening to insults and accusations, instead of all saying thank you to ITN for unblocking the process so that Hristo Ivanov can leave today," stressed Borisov.

The GERB leader said that he could not vote against Ivanov and his resignation.

„I am saddened because none of the important things that Bulgaria is missing at the moment are not commented on by you. What would happen and who would be – it doesn't matter at all when we don't have national positions, we don't have a parliament to protect the national interest”, concluded Borisov.
