Andrey Yankulov: Prosecutors in Spetses in the "Eight Dwarfs" case were "misled" by the evil genius Pepi Euroto - 1

The SGP filed an indictment against the unsearched Petyo Euroto for document fraud - using false invoices for the purchase of Yavor Zlatanov's gold and a false "agreement for the responsible custody of funds" with which Dimitar Lambovski handed over to Yavor Zlatanov to keeps 650,000 euros for him as if he were a bank, fooling the prosecutors from Spezia into handing over to him the gold and cash seized as physical evidence in the criminal case they were conducting. Andrey Yankulov from the Anti-Corruption Fund recalls this on Facebook.

"They could also accuse him of genocide, the chances of success of such a legal construction would be identical", the lawyer believes.

"We leave aside the default of the procedure, which already implies the potential conviction of someone only pro forma. More importantly, for there to be fraud, the first condition is that the person in possession of its object is defrauded by the perpetrator. I.e. The entire philosophy of such an accusation is based on the fact that the prosecutors in Spetses, who disposed of the money and gold seized as physical evidence from Yavor Zlatanov, were deceived by the Euro," Yankulov clarifies.

According to him, they were deceived not by some very sophisticated scheme, but by means of a document called a "agreement for the responsible custody of financial funds", the original absurdity of which would puzzle a sophomore, what is left for a magistrate.

The lawyer recalls that a year ago Borislav Sarafov claimed that the "case study "The Eight Dwarfs" is an extremely ugly, crude and unforgiving use of the specialized prosecutor's office that has been used to settle accounts". He even announced a report by the prosecutor from the Communist Party of Ukraine Mario Vassilev, according to which already in 2020, numerous violations of prosecutors in the "Eight Dwarfs" case were discovered, but Ivan Geshev did nothing about it.

"However, now, at least according to the construction of this indictment, it appears that the prosecutors did not in fact violate anything, were not complicit in anything, but were simply misled by the evil genius Petio Euroto. If they lie so easily, their suitability for the position should be examined on another point, but this is already a completely separate topic," he adds.

According to him, the other curious touch is the omission from the whole scheme of Petrov's ex-wife Lyubena, who apparently was also simply deceived by him to participate in these outrages and was not aware of what she was doing, taking the gold with her jeep from the parking lot of Spezia. Some conspiracy theorists will surely find a connection between her dropping out and the fading of her voice after the successful regrouping at the top of the prosecutor's office last summer.

"So we are simply witnessing another completely meaningless noise about the case of "The Eight Dwarfs", another, in a word, nothing. But the headlines that Petyo Evroto was accused are important," Andrey Yankulov concludes.
