Most of the country will be sunny and hot today with highs between 33° and 38°, reported BNT.
After noon and in the evening, relatively cooler air will begin to penetrate from the northwest, and precipitation, thunderstorms and hail are expected in Western and Central Bulgaria.
On the Black Sea it will remain sunny. A light south-easterly wind will blow. The wave of the sea will be weak, and the maximum temperatures - between 29° and 32°.
In the mountains a strong southwesterly wind will blow, and after the sunny start of the day, in many places, with the exception of the massifs in Eastern Bulgaria, there will be precipitation, thunderstorms and hail.
Areas of rain, thunderstorms and hail will also be present in the coming days – on Wednesday - mainly in Central and Eastern Bulgaria, and on Thursday - in the southeastern half of the country. Temperatures will drop, but temporarily.
