The chairman of the municipal council in Elin Pelin Bogomil Brankov added: “The situation is under control, everything is calm. All the people found a place to spend the night – with relatives, friends. To me, the message from BGAlert is not well delivered. Both Elin Pelin and Novi Khan received the message, unnecessary tension was created.”
He specified that there is a warehouse that did not explode, but it does not mean that it will explode. The area has been cordoned off as a precaution.
