“We tried everything. What we haven't tried so far is to come together, to work together for these ideas and principles behind which every single left formation stands. So we welcome today's celebration with the hope that something different is happening in the background of the entire collapse of our political system, of this political quagmire that Bulgaria has fallen into. According to him, it is possible for the Bulgarian socialists to follow the example of the French left:
“It is entirely possible. We have seen that when people on the left have a cause, they can win when they realize that cause - they come together. The sign we gave yesterday and will give today is very clear in this direction.”
